Thanks for your interest in viewing your ENVE ticket history and/or the current status of your warranty/tech services claim with us!
To provide you with the best up to date info on all of your outstanding and completed claims and tickets with our ENVE Support Team, you can view all of those claims in one place by following the below guide:
1. Head to https://support.enve.com/ using your preferred web browser
2. Select "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen:
3. If you already have tickets/emails in to support@enve.com or you've already put in a claim under our warranty portal. Select "Get a password" below:
4. Enter your email here:
5. You'll receive an email with instructions to login to the support site
6. Login to support.enve.com at the prior mentioned Login screen.
7. Select your name at the top of the screen and click "My Activities" below that from the menu:
8. Once in "My Activities" you'll be able to see each ticket, its ticket ID#, and its Status all in the portal found at that page:
9. You're able to click each ticket shown in the green box above and it will open the record of the ticket and its communication:
