ENVE wheels are made to order, and each individual rim and wheel takes many hands-on processes. From the cutting of the carbon pieces to the lay-up of the rim, the curing process, multiple steps of quality control, and finally the wheel-building and lacing of the rim to the spokes and hub - the overall process can take some time. It’s important to remember each of these steps and the people involved throughout the production of your wheelset.
