The product was sold by ENVE and Authorized ENVE Dealers between June 2014 and December 2015.

The bicycle forks included in this recall have serial numbers beginning with: VCT1406, VCT1410, VCT1411, VCT1501, VCT1502, VCT1503, VCT1505, VCT1506, VCT1507, VCT1508, VCT1509, and VCT1510. The serial number is located on the black steerer tube of the fork.
