ENVE Composites is a carbon fiber bicycle manufacturer and not a 3PL company. As such, we do not have the ability in most cases to process orders same day or expedite shipping, designate specific freight forwarder, etc. Please have patience as we craft, pick, pack, and ship your order from our manufacturing facility with care.
Typical Processing and Fulfillment from Enve.com:
- Once your order has been placed through ENVE.com you will receive an email immediately as confirmation. This email will contain an order number beginning with the letter "C".
- Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Then please allow for typical ground freight transit time to your location.
- Once your enve.com order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a second email with an order summary and tracking information stating that you order has been completed. Your order is now on the way.

- Note that if you order contains multiple items, they may ship separately form one another. You will not incur additional shipping cost if this is the case, but you may receive multiple boxes if we elect to ship certain items in this way.
