Currently based on our size and capacity, we do not have the ability to guarantee same-day or expedited order processing. We also only ship ground at this time and cannot designate specific freight forwarder, etc. Please have patience as we craft, pick, pack, and ship your order from our manufacturing facility with care.
Typical Processing and Fulfillment from Enve.com:
- Once your order has been placed through ENVE.com you will receive an email immediately as confirmation. This email will contain an order number beginning with the letter "S".
- Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Then please allow for typical ground freight transit time to your location.
- Once your enve.com order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a second email with an order summary and tracking information stating that your order has been completed. Your order is now on the way.

- Note that if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from one another. You will not incur additional shipping costs if this is the case, but you may receive multiple boxes if we elect to ship certain items in this way.

- What are your standard shipping timelines? We only offer standard ground shipping timelines
- Do you offer expedited shipping? No, we do not offer any expedited shipping nor do we ship same day.
- How long does it take to process my order? 2-5 business days
- Can I stop by and pick up my product if I'm a local? No, this is not an option as some products are shipped from a third-party logistics partner.
- Do you ship internationally? No. Please contact your local international dealer found on the dealer locator tool.
- I made a mistake on my order, how do I edit? Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any edits to the order. If the order isn’t in process, we can cancel the order and issue a refund.
