Can I run a gravel suspension fork on the MOG?
-
We don’t have a concern from a structure or strength perspective. It also physically fits in the frame and has the needed clearances. There will be a change in geometry based on the longer axle to crown. This will slacken the head tube angle, raise the BB, and slightly change the handling of the bike.
-
- What type of rear derailleur hanger is used on the MOG?
-
- The MOG uses a UDH hanger, available from wherever you source your SRAM components. This rear UDH hanger also allows the installation of specific, UDH-type rear derailleurs, per SRAM's guidance.
-
Can I run SRAM Transmission derailleur on my MOG frame?
- The MOG was designed with Sram’s UDH rear derailleur hanger, so from a rear derailleur to frame compatibility standpoint a rear T-Type derailleur is able to mount onto the frame.
- In terms of running a Transmission Eagle Rear derailleur and cassette specifically, using a transmission rear der with road/gravel crankset and shifters or as it's commonly called "mullet" drivetrain, SRAM's official stance is that no, the Eagle Transmission drivetrain was not designed for stays shorter than 425mm (MOG has 420mm). If a rider elects to attempt this setup, they'd need to do so at their own discretion. One can refer to SRAM's FAQ HERE on mullet setup. However, this is a relatively new type of drivetrain configuration for gravel frames and we would defer to SRAM on any questions relating to drivetrain/compatibility issues or setup nuance.

What frame size should I purchase?
- If you do not know your fit stack and fit reach, we recommend that you procure a professional bike fit to help ensure you will be fit properly.
- If you know your fit numbers, the ENVE Best-Fit Calculator is available to guide you in finding your ideal frame size, stem length, spacer stack, and seatpost offset.
-
How do I calculate fit stack from your frame stack with the headset and spacers installed?
- The stack is measured to the top of the frame and doe snot include the 8mm top cap. To find the stack, you would take the stack of the frame as listed by size and add 8mm to that. After you have that number you would add any spacers to the stack on top of that number.
-
Is the stem interchangeable?
- The MOG is designed to seamlessly integrate with the ENVE IN-Route system components including the stem and handlebar. While it may be possible to run an aftermarket stem, we do not recommend it. An aftermarket stem will potentially create routing and compatibility problems. Most importantly though, we do not offer a top bearing cover that can accommodate the entrance of housing or hoses into the head tube and therefore the head tube and headset bearings would be exposed to the elements of one elected to use an aftermarket stem.
-
How should I tighten the stem clamp around the handlebar?
-
Tighten both top bolts first to spec. The top bolts are no gap. Then tighten bottom bolts to spec. These should show a gap. 6nm for top and bottom

- Yes. All ENVE handlbars that feature IN-Route compatibility can be used.
-

-

-
Why should I buy an ENVE MOG over another similar competitor?
- ENVE is new to the frame game, but we’re not new to composites and aerodynamic design. After more than a decade developing rim shapes in the fastest frames on the planet, we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes a bike fast. As a wheels first brand, we have the unique opportunity to design a frame from the wheels up, not the frame down. The result is a complete bicycle and wheel system that achieves holistic real-world performance that those who don’t have wheel experience are more greatly challenge to achieve.
